East Coast Herbalist Member Agreement

East Coast Herbalist is a project of a non-profit private members association offering holistic health and wellness resources. Information is general; seek professional advice for specific needs. We do not trade with the public; membership is required. We honour the traditional custodians of this land.

Privacy Assurance:

Your privacy is a priority for East Coast Herbalist. Your personal details are solely for internal use to maintain the integrity of our community.

Membership Pathway:

Membership starts with completing the registration form (providing your name and email and setting up your password) to receive your Membership. This process advises East Coast Herbalist that you are agreeing to this Member Agreement.

General – FREE; you are a Lifetime General Member unless you resign your membership.

Lifetime General Membership allows you access to view the complimentary education library and shop all products at the regular price and the ability to book in one phone consultation once.

We have three tiers of Membership.

General – FREE Lifetime Membership

Premium – $35 yearly subscription**

Platinum – $50 yearly subscription***

** *** Membership starts with your subscription payment and agreeing to this Member Agreement, with a yearly renewal and is established for a minimum duration of twelve months.

Premium Yearly

Get 10% off all our CBD Oil & Topical products – With a Premium Membership, you can purchase all CBD Oil products and Topicals at a 10% discount throughout the year, gain entry to the free educational library, and schedule one phone consultation annually.

Platinum Yearly

Get 15% off all our CBD Oil & Topical products – With a Platinum Membership, you can purchase all CBD Oil products and Topicals at a 15% discount throughout the year, gain entry to the free educational library, and schedule two phone consultations annually. Plus receive a personalised dosage plan to meet your individual requirements, ensuring effective use of CBD Oil.

If you wish to resign your Membership at any time, please notify us in writing.

Upon resignation, access to all resources, gatherings, and community benefits will be suspended until such time as you may choose to re-join.

Confidentiality:

Please note:

1. You will be privy to confidential information that must remain within the confines of our community.
2. You agree to uphold strict confidentiality, not disclosing any information without written consent from East Coast Herbalist.
3. You are responsible for safeguarding all confidential information to prevent unauthorized use and or sharing.
4. This Member Agreement is binding and integrated into your membership obligations.
5. The terms herein align with natural common law and the foundational principles of East Coast Herbalist.
6. Reading this agreement is a testament to your commitment to our ethos.

Waiver of Responsibility:

East Coast Herbalist, its team, consultants and facilitators, and Members are not responsible for any personal decisions or actions taken by its Members. The community acts as a platform for shared growth and learning, without imposing directives on personal choices. East Coast Herbalist does not give medical or legal advice. All actions taken upon by its Members is at the Member’s discretion and individual responsibility. East Coast Herbalist is an education platform and resource only.

The opinions and advice given by East Coast Herbalist are based on information, personal experience and knowledge accumulated over many years and ARE NOT to be taken as advice. We only provide information/consultancy based on our personal experience as a consultation service.

Mutual Commitment to Do No Harm, Cause No Loss:

East Coast Herbalist is committed to the principle of ‘Do No Harm, Cause No Loss, and expects the same from its members. This mutual understanding ensures that our interactions and transactions are conducted in a manner that is fair, ethical, and respectful, whilst maintain honour and integrity at all times. We aim to operate in a way that prevents harm or loss to our members, team, stakeholders, or the wider community.

Returns and Refund Policy:

All transactions are final unless there is an issue with the product. Returns must be received by East Coast Herbalist within 7 days of purchase. Products cannot be returned due to change of mind. Membership Fees (General / Premium / Platinum) are non-refundable even if you cancel before the end of a twelve-month subscription period.

By finalising your Membership/payment, you:

• Affirm your comprehension and acceptance of the terms, including the waiver of responsibility.
• Acknowledge the commitment to our shared confidentiality.
• Agree to the terms of membership and the procedures outlined herein.
• Recognize that your membership signifies a conscious choice to live in harmony with East Coast Herbalist values.

Conclusion:

Your membership at East Coast Herbalist represents a conscious choice to participate in a supportive, respectful, and confidential community. By finalizing your membership payment and sighting this agreement, you commit to our collective journey of intentional living. Please note that adherence to these policies ensures a smoother operation and allows us to better serve all our members. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This Members Agreement is self-executing. By simply sighting and reading this agreement, you are in agreeance with the terms.
